Shipping Information

ALL SHIPPING of exhibitor materials to and from the SRI 2010 Conference must be handled though Classic Party Rental. We do not have the resources to manage or store incoming or outgoing freight for exhibitors. There are no exceptions to this requirement, and we greatly appreciate your cooperation.

Vendors are welcome to cart their own exhibit materials in personal vehicles to the meeting. Please be aware that the guards at the Main Gate may wish to inspect your vehicle as you enter Argonne National Laboratory.

Security is provided for exhibit area throughout the off-hours of the SRI 2010 Conference.

To avoid additional charges, all incoming shipments for the SRI 2010 Conference must be received at Classic Party Rental’s warehouse before 4:00 pm on September 16, 2010.

Please use the shipping forms to order and pay for shipment of your materials. Classic Party Rental will be informed of all space assignments when they are finalized.

For outgoing shipments after the meeting, simply re-pack your exhibit items and leave them at your vendor table with appropriate Classic Party Rental forms.
