Program Book Ads

Exhibitor ads are printed in the meeting program book and posted on the meeting web site. We can accept either color or B&W ad artwork. Even if you are unable to attend the meeting, an ad in the program book is a great way to provide your company with some visibility.

To transmit ads:

  • Supply a .jpeg file with 300 dpi (or higher) resolution.
  • Submit grayscale for B&W ads or RGB for color ads.
  • E-mail the file to BOTH Michele Nelson (program book designer) and Connie Vanni, .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)  (Exhibits Coordinator).
